Rencool have introduced for 2015 the new small series displacement DC Electric Sleeper Cab Air Conditioning unit.
Use while driving to help or take the load off the factory fitted system. Sold in easy kit form only to suit Bonnet & Cab-over Trucks
Quick easy Installations, no long hose runs, use while engine on or off makes this system configuration the best solution when it comes to an instant cooling application for Sleeping and Driving.
Cabin Evaporator unit can be mounted easily without damage to interior trim. Condenser unit comes with simple twin leg brackets made from 3mm alloy and the MD-18 Compressor mounted under the sleeper cabin.

With only 18cc displacement capacity we can achieve higher rpm to obtain optimal cooling capacity with conservative power consumption.
2000 to 6000 rpm available depending on the application. The Digital controller is mounted internally within the main housing and remains cooled by the suction flood back to the compressor, this also cools the brushless motor to operate the internal drive system.
Vent outlet temperatures regulate between +6 to + 10 degrees C @ +40 Deg Ambient
MD-6101 Series
12 & 24 Volt Rooftop Air Conditioner
Rencool have introduced for 2016/2017 the new Design 61 series Rooftop unit with the MD-18 & 24 Series Compressor. Using well world known trusted units such as RedDOT.
The MD-6101 self-contained unit is available in 12 and 24 volt. Units are pre-gased ready to run. Rencool modifies the RedDOT unit to suit the needs of the 12 or 24 volt Air Conditioning DC Voltage Compressor.
Ideal for applications for when the conventional pulley drive setup is not an option. Quick easy Installations, no long hose runs, use while driving or parked makes this system configuration the best solution when it comes to an instant cooling application.
Units can be ordered pre-Gased ready to cool. The MD-18 Compressor is IP 68 Rated to withstand any weather conditions making location mounting options simple.

The RCK6 is designed for the Mining, Military and Heavy Construction sector, Manufactured from 304 – 3mm Stainless steel. Rencool’s latest condenser configurations provide optimum performance with tuff robust design it is able to withstand the most corrosive environments.
Premium copper & aluminium construction improves reliability resisting corrosion to avoid expensive system leaks, while the superior fin wave design offers higher heat transfer and maximum refrigerant condensation. The heat exchange core is specially designed to shed (airborne material) built-up allowing the A/C system to operate at peak efficiency with minimal maintenance.

The RDC4 unit is a 12 & 24 volt compressor / Condenser unit designed for Medium to Heavy duty applications. Constructed from 304 Stainless Steel with bash guard flutes for heavy protection from debris.
The RDC4 self-contained Condenser – DC Compressor unit is available in 12 and 24 volt. Mounting options for base or rear securing locations. Simple hook-up to power up and link to the Evaporator head unit.

Cabin Evaporator units can be mounted up to 6 meters away from the rooftop unit. Makes split systems simple in two piece form and saves large amounts of time on Installations.

The Rencool EVK6 Evaporator has been designed for extreme environmental conditions for the Mining and Heavy construction sector.
Designed for external mounting makes this cabin cooling unit an advantage were cabin work space is limited. With Its robust construction (3mm Stainless Steel) it is able to with stand any harsh
environment and high ambient temperatures.
Servicing is made easy with the front face cover easily removed to service all components. Air flow was an important design factor in the EVK6 and Rencool has raised the bar in ram
flow design able to increase the velocity without sacrificing energy consumption.
Rencool has optimised the fan proximity to the coil face, fan positioning within the tapered fan orifice, and the coil aspect ratio to maximize performance of selected fans.
Fans are selected and installed to maximize performance and efficiency.
Fan motors are easily accessible and serviceable from outside unit, all fan motors are factory installed on easy bolt in, bolt out base for easy field service and/or replacement.

Renowned for its build quality, reliability, and performance, the 9727 uses a sealed, long-life evaporator and condenser motor with a slinger ring and hubcap for protection from weather and dust. The heavy-gauge steel casing is reinforced for structural integrity. Rubber hood tie-downs unlatch to easily expose the components for service.
Options include- remote-mount filter, and in-line booster blower for a pressurized, dust-free cab.

The Rencool RDK7 is an electric compressor drive system for mobile or stationary equipment for suitable air conditioners up to 23 000 BTU/hr.
The unit is supplied with a full stainless steel enclosure for a bolt in / plug & play system for a straight forward easy installation. High strength grade (6061) aluminum mounting system and
precession alignment for the compressor drive assembly making it low noise and no vibration.
Simple electrical connection hook-up with industry standard MIOR air conditioning fittings for the Suction & Discharge.
The controller has single LED diagnostics and no programming required for the installation, which gives the RDK7 a true plug and play experience. Controller is waterproof sealed and able to tolerate 100hz vibration.
The brushless motor controller delivers the correct amount of input power to maintain the demanded performance when needed.
Oil separation is standard within the unit making able for long hose runs with no risk of starving the compressor of oil return.
