The new SD7H15 Enhanced series is a higher performance version of Sanden;s popular SD7H15 compressor. This unit provides higher refrigerant gas flow, decreased gas re-expansion, and improved efficiency. The enhanced SD7H is capable of 15% - 20% additional cooling capacity based on independent testing. It is ideal for applications that traditionally use 170cc - 210cc air conditioning compressors. Typical applications include: LArge agriculture or construction vehicles, transport buses, school buses, ambulances, fire trucks, motor homes, and specialty military vehicles. Since the enhanced SD7H has the same mounting footprint as the standard SD7H15, no design engineering is required to make new mooting brackets, simply utilise your existing mounting brackets.
New Sd7H15 Super Heavy Duty SeriesThe super heavy duty series is specifically for use in the most severe application environments. The "SHD" features many new or revised components compared to our standard SD7H15 compressor; all of which have been designed to provide longer service life with no loss of cooling performance. Mounting features and outer diameter of the compressor body are the same as the SD7H15.
Low Temperature R404a Refrigeration CompressorsSpecifically devoted to handle R404a refrigerant, both SD6l14 and SD7L15 compressor ranges are capable of meeting all transport refrigeration requirements owing to the improved wobble plate, lip seal, strengthened planet plate and use Ester 68 Oil. The Sanden R404a suitable range of compressors has the same mounting footprints as the standard SD7H15 plus a "flex" type hose connection and by adding the appropriate pad adapter, will suit almost any configuration hose connection.
