The SP-18 Split System Air Conditioner has been designed from main components Rencool has manufactured for many years on other full HVAC systems. This split system design is compact and easy to install with a 4kW cooling capability on 24V.

Designed to handle Australian rough terrain conditions with 2mm construction and stainless steel grill. Mechanical relays for good reliability and mechanical thermostats with a de-ice function. 3 speed fan with thermostat control able to cool even the larger cabs from truck sleepers to heavy equipment. Unit can be used as anti-idle or primary function.

Other evaporators available on request to suit the application. 12V, 24V or 48V systems available.

Old School Evaporator but very effective. One of the most popular underdash systems in the past 20 years.

Remote Temp control harness can be mounted up to 6m away to suit the appplication. Complete with dual thermostats, one adjustable and the other internal for (De-ice) to prevent Ice up’s on long runs.

The Rencool RDK4 is a 24 volt DC electric compressor drive system for mobile or stationary equipment for suitable air conditioners up to 6Kw.

The unit is supplied with a full 3mm stainless steel enclosure for a bolt in plug & play system for a straight forward easy installation.

Simple electrical hook-up and Aust standard MIOR 8 & 10 fittings for the Suction & Discharge makes it too easy for Installations.

RPM is key adjustable from 4000 to 6000.

No programming required for the Installation, which gives the RDK4 a true plug and play experience. Compressor is (IP68) rated and able to tolerate 100Hz vibration.

Oil separation is standard within the unit making able for longer hose runs with no risk of starving the compressor of oil return.

OIL SEPARATION

The RDK4 comes standard with the oil separator built into the units enclosure. The Brushless IP68 rated fan provides more than adequate air flow and able to with stand water and debris in environmental hash conditions.
